missing Moose driver: Lakeshore 33x temperature control #45

The driver for the Lakeshort 33x series temperature control needs porting to Moose.

This is covered with the Lakeshore340 driver, which also works for Lakeshore336 and Lakeshore335, all of which have the same command language. The only difference is the number of outputs/inputs available.
