Please provide a reproducible example and test it #7

Please get a brand new empty Linux install and develop/test the steps needed to get from that state to running the code and reproducing the outputs.

The current state of the README it is not possible to do this.

Hello, I see that and thank you for making it available. From the instructions given I have no idea how to actually run the available software. Here's a git repo on similar work (different structures but similar use case) that gives excellent documentation and working examples:
