[WIP] Fastbuild #34

This PR is here to track status integrating fastbuild as build system into krepel.

First buildscripts are in place, depending on generic buildscripts stored on the fastbuild branch in the toolbox. The only existing target copies over the runtime binaries from ez and glew to the bin dir.
