Write the setup tutorial for source code, SDK, IDE, tool, hardware setup using STM32F4 and STM32F7 discovery.

  1. Move ubuntu.rst and windows.rts into subfolders to avoid the warning: document not included in any toctree
  2. Fix typo in the ubuntu and windows.html: Board ho tro (line 127) After fixing, commit and push to this repo
