CRUD applications

Whisper should make available apis to CRUD applications.

An application should have the following information:

• [x] 1. Application type (WEB, API);
• [x] 2. App name;
• [x] 3. App id;
• [x] 4. App secret;
• [x] 5. Address;
• [x] 6. Login redirect URL (if appropriate);
• [x] 7. Logout redirect URL (if appropriate);

Integrate with Hydra:

• [ ] 1. Create client
• [ ] 2. Update client
• [ ] 3. Remove client

Won't do anymore. Application crud will remain being done through Hydra.
