Run pip install requirements.txt
Run celery with the commands: celery -A knowledge.celeryconfig worker -l info celery -A knowledge.celeryconfig beat -l info

If you get the error that the DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE is not configured, use the command following command to fix: export DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE=knowledge.settings
