Task: Make repository open source ready #5

As described in https://github.com/labd/terraform-provider-amplience/issues/3 we want to configure some things to make the repository accessible, understandable and easy to expand for open source development.

This PR covers most points in that checklist with the exception of tests. For acceptance tests currently a user's own credentials need to be supplied until a mock server or some other mocking implementation is set up to be run through Github
