Wagtail 4.1 support #206

Are there any barriers to making this work with Wagtail 4.1? That's the LTS version, and it would be nice to bump up the requirements in the setup.py as long as it didn't introduce any issues.

Thanks for your message, I've created https://github.com/labd/wagtailstreamforms/releases/tag/3.21.0 that supports Wagtail 4.1.x
