What type of PR is this?

Description

Updated checkpoint upload logic to pick the best of each design instead of all the pdbs. So the no. of checkpoints are now reduced to be equal to the no. of binders entered during experiment submission. This is now picked based on the logic :for each design, pick the record with the lowest rmsd value.

Steps to Test

This feature can be verified by choosing number of binders, and seeing that many checkpoints.
