What type of PR is this?

Description

Part 1 of 2 PRs for ray queue integration. This PR works with the unified docker compose from convexity repo for an end to end colabfold run. Further changes related to input file handling will be in the next PR

Steps to Test

To bring up the stack, use the unified docker compose from convexity repo on your GPU instance. No need to bring up anything locally. Use tool manifest simulate-protein-complex.json to test colabfold.
