Patch molstar checkpointing #974

Description

Fixes one of the issues highlighted in https://github.com/labdao/plex/pull/973#pullrequestreview-2108343213.

Molstar was previously not displaying when booting up backend container through convexity unified docker compose. It should successfully load now with checkpoint data.
