feat: add share smart contract and client sdk

• add share smart contract to allow user store better call sol transactions on chain hence sharing
• also allow user to delete the shared transaction
• transaction account is unique by the md5 of the shared content
• add client sdk to wrap all methods including
  • getEstimatedTransactionAccountCost
  • shareTransaction (if not exist then create and update), shared content are compressed by brotli
  • getAllTransactionsFromWallet
  • deleteTransactionAccount
