Sound like a time zone issue. Where are you and how many hours ahead of or behind UT (GMT) is your phone set to. Eg. In UK still on British Summer Time we are currently +1. James

Hi. JamesI am near montreal in quebec in canada ( utc-4)My phone is on time. The picture take by the phone is timestamp correctely. Yes it seam a time zone issue but their is no time zone setting in the osmtracker...When i reccord a trace in osmtracker it display the right time. I go in detail of the trace.in the osmtracker and everithing look good. But when export to gpx i have this offset in hours... Even the name of the gpx have the goodtime stamp... It.s realy the data in the gpx that are offset by few hours...

Hi, you originally mentioned waypoint but I think you may be referring to the GPS track points. I am pretty sure that other systems I have used all use UT for trackpoints for the simple reason that is what the GPS computes and because it is completely unambiguous when potentially crossing timezones. If you want the track data converted to a specific local time then I think you should be able to find an external utility program to do this. James

Hi! Thank you both for your contribution! As @jsavage said, it could be a time zone issue. However I was checking another gpx files and I realize that those who have photos and voice recordings has that hour offset between media file and way-point.

We'll check whether that's an important issue to fix right now or not. Thanks again!

According to the official GPX 1.1 Schema Creation/modification timestamp for element. Date and time in are in Univeral Coordinated Time (UTC), not local time! Conforms to ISO 8601 specification for date/time representation.
