I am using the web server as we speak. Impressed by how quickly is able to retrieve SRRs. However, unexpectedly, it is providing me with SRRs with bacterial numbers instead of the project name that I provided. It is a cause of concern. Are those microsatellites of the sample I provided? The problem is occurring twice, project number 146 and 147. Comments and advice will be appreciated. Thanks

Dear @AntonioBaeza ,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have identified the bug you mentioned and have already implemented a fix for it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To address your concern, the SSRs provided with bacterial numbers instead of the project name were indeed a result of the bug. Upon re-running your project, you should now receive the correct SRRs associated with the files you provided.

If you encounter any further issues or have any other feedback, please feel free to let us know. Your comments and advice are greatly appreciated as they help us improve our service.

Thank you for using EasySSR.
