Update to latest HEAD, package bumps, dunfell compat. #12

These changes were necessary to get labgrid-exporter to run on a dunfell based system.

Note: I am using ser2net and not the vanilla 4.1.8 version found in meta-oe. Been using this branch for a while now with the full setup; client, exporter+DUTs, coordinator. No problems found.

Any chance for it to be merged soon ?:)
