Bump labgrid revision to 7d1ded4 #7

Update python3-labgrid to revision 7d1ded4 and add all python recipes that are dependencies to run labgrid.

I am mentioning you guys as we did not receive any feedback on this PR, but it does seem to be a great addition. We're using it with the dunfell release now, and we did all the required changes to make it compatible.

Tested on a stm32dk2 with latest dunfell and using the a USB serial adapter. Thanks a lot for the work, much appreciated!
