not trusted server certificate #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up the application to connect my office OWA, which does not have 
trusted certificate.
2. Press 'Refresh' button.
3. Get an exception message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
'The certificate is not trusted, continue anyway?' / 'Caught IO Exception: Not 
trusted server certificate'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7 / Android (G2)

Please provide any additional information below.
You should ask me if I want to continue when certificate is not trusted.

Sorry, but dev has pretty much stopped on exchangeIt.  It's open source though, 
so anyone can pick it up if they want to get in there and fix some bugs.

Nice app, but is unusable when is not able to use untrusted cert...
