Bump appVersion #39

Bump appVersion to 0.0.8

@martinhaus I'm quite confused by the dual versioning schemes going on in the releases and tags, just wanted to give a heads up with how it looks when coming in externally. Initially, I assumed docker hub was lagging behind the repo quite severely, where I found 0.0.7 but the latest repo release was 0.1.4 :shrug:

This PR is a good example, where "bump to 0.0.8" is released as 0.1.5 :)

Attaching a screenshot of the tag list, which in combination with Docker Hub is quite confusing.

@m0ar 0.0.8 is release for the application itself. 0.1.5 is a release for the Helm chart for this application
