Path to PuTTY.exe must be in the PATH #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to start a session without PuTTY.exe in the path

What is the expected output?
PuTTY should start the session.

What do you see instead?
Dialog box saying that "putty" cannot be found.
