Launchy 2.1.2 + putty-launchy-plugin 2.2 = broken image #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Launchy 2.1.2 (newest now available)
2. Install putty-launchy-plugin 2.2 (newest now available)
3. type 'ssh' into the launchy dialog

What is the expected output?
A pretty terminals-plus-lightning-bolt graphic.  (This works with Launchy
2.1.1 .)

What do you see instead?
A generic graphic.  (See attached.)

Please provide any additional information below.
If possible, I'd really love to see the 2.1 style graphic back as an option.

This is a bug in launchy.  All plugin icons are broken in 2.1.2 and have been 
for a
long time unfortunately.
