This PR intends to make the following changes:

Added support for (.mhd + .raw) cine image data sets
Support for (.hdr + .img) cine image data sets were also requested however this was already implemented

Tested on Windows (Version 5.6.2 - Stable Release)

.raw file format does not seem to be included, not sure if it is required.

(.mhd + .raw) images work when .raw format isn't included.
