After we load a 3D segmentation we immediately convert it to a label map node and we use the label map node throughout our extension. The original 3D segmentation volume node which was loaded is not needed anymore since we convert it into a label map. We could consider remove the volume node after the label map node is created and remove any details about the volume node from the parameter node as well?
