We can likely do this as an extra build step using e.g. ginger (Jinja2-compatible), coupled with xml-conduit's cursor for an XPath-like retrieval mechanism (tutorial).

[x] e.g. bring in comments as record descriptors.
[ ] pull in taxonomies from Schema
