Add a data-load capability. #71

There are at least two ways of doing this, the first should be the easiest and most important:

[X] 1. Metajelo document import (#75)
[ ] 2. Partial data import: Decided not XML-fragments. Will use JSON or whatever is returned and map that directly into the Option (record) values.

The reason we might want the ability to deal with partial data is to receive data from other sources (also note the discussion on rendering partial data: https://github.com/labordynamicsinstitute/metajelo-ui/issues/8).
