Add fas to file naming schema (6.4) #67

The metro areas collect FA-FS into the same file. Similar to sarhe, the naming schema needs to reflect that as well:

Ugh. Well, I just realized that we don't cross metro by firm age/size; and I must have realized that when I named the csv files, because they are:

for example. Hence, we don't ever use "fas" in the file names. So we don't need to do this, at this time, anyway.

Will we ever? If yes, then pop it into the catchall "V4.3", if not, leave it closed.

I was wondering. It's not on the planned horizon that we cross metro by firm age/size, though there is always the possibility that it could be defined at some point in the future. There's also the possibility that we collapse the files into a smaller number of output tables, or otherwise reorganize them, so it could be relevant. I can drop it into V4.3.
