Sub-list of servers for the node #208

There should be node code for creating a sub-list of servers. This is useful for smaller systems where most of the labrad servers are unused.

The autostart list already sort of provides this functionality. It's just one list per node, but I don't think we have a need for more than that (if you think otherwise, please describe the situation you're imagining).
