Improve readme #1

Hi @cspray. These packages look nice. Are you still using them? There wasn't any activity for the last few months so I'm asking. I kinda need to handle CORS but I'm using amphp/http-server 2.0. Would you be interested in my PR to update this package?

@enumag Hi, I have been on an extended stay with some family and have not had time to look at personal projects closely. I will be getting back into personal development in the next month or so. I will gladly review your pull requests and accept anything that improves the codebase.

I can set aside one or two days a week to review potential PRs until I get back into personal development more. Unfortunately it is hard to give a specific day of the week that it might happen. Thanks.
