Error on Date with datezone America/Mexico_City #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Google Calendar is in timezone "Mexico - Central Time (GMT-6:00)", now with 
savings time is (GMT-5:00)
2. I program a new message with the wildcard @now
3. The mail is sended, but in the report it's the time of 2 hours ago 
(GMT-0700). The mails are sended 2 hours latter, because of the script takes 
GMT-7 when it have to take GMT-5.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The script take the timezone GMT-7 when it have to take GMT-6 (GMT-5 with 
savings), for schedule sendings I have to put the time 2 hours before.

What version of the product are you using?

Also I have use the option on the configuration page, using 
"America/Mexico_City" on the Current time zone option, with the same result.

The script works fine, something went wrong with my time zone, but now it works 
fine.
