BUG: When I wasn't using sealos cloud, it kept charging me. #4370

How to reproduce the bug?

My id is ns-cc1kf5h2, and the service I use is cloud.sealos.io. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue. When I don't have any application, it still deducts fees, and the deducted item is the port fee of a project that was deleted a long time ago. Now, I owe you ￥22.08, and the deduction has not stopped. I can't find your customer service, nor can I cancel my account. I have to ask here again.
