The first question is currently:
"Do you have an Internet Cube (LIME or LIME2) and a VPN Account?"
After the user clicks yes, he/she fills that the LIME/LIME2 selection is stored and does not check the "I have a LIME2" box at the end of the form (last page), resulting in a failed installation (flashing a Lime image on a Lime2 board).
I think the question should be divided into:
Do you have VPN account (plus, we should be more precise their)
Which board are you going to use: Lime, Lime2, Orange Pi ...., other (with picture)
