YouTube link fix and Readme typo #12

Hey! I've logged into https://communitytaught.org/ today and noticed the re-design, I love it!

I also noticed that YouTube links return an undefined on the Classes page. I've had a look at your code, and I think you're missing the Id at the end of lesson.video. I couldn't test if that fixes the problem though (couldn't figure out how to get a local server working).

I've also fixed a typo in the Readme. Wishing you an awesome day!
