Self-host thumbnail images #42

I was reminded, with the recent issues with class 1, that we are hotlinking to to the thumbnail images for the youtube videos, and they are way too huge. Looking for someone to download them all, resize them to appropriate dimensions, and save them named by their video IDs. Automate this if you can, it's unnecessarily tedious to do by hand!
