Support timestamps on video pages #58

I'd like to be able to specify a video timestamp in the query parameters of a class page, and have the embedded video on that page start at the specified timestamp.

So if someone visits https://communitytaught.org/class/learn-html?t=2m, for example, the embedded video would start at the 2m mark.

This is to support a potential search feature, so that if someone searches the transcripts of the videos, we can link search results to the exact point in the video where the text was found.
