Project Python4capella is not hosted on Eclipse Foundation, so on, it must not be branded with org.eclipse qualifier

Nor use Eclipse Modelling Project as provider. MANIFEST.MF

This was discussed with the team and as this project should be contributed to the foundation, we decided to use the final naming since the beginning in order to reduce the work when we will switch to the Eclipse Foundation.
