Make release 0.2.0 #3

Release 0.2.0 should include HTML generation (#2).

Just increase version to 0.1.1 since the only change is expected to be HTML generation.

No, 0.2.0 is more suitable. Even though the only addition is HTML generation, it is still new functionality. Let's stick to semantic versioning.
