Currently shortcuts have the same name whichever Python environment the labscript suite was installed into. This means if you install the labscript suite more than once, you only get one set of shortcuts (I actually haven't determined which one because I caught the issue before it actually hit me).

I propose we change the format of the shortcut to: "labscript suite () - "

changed state from "new" to "resolved"

If install environment is a non-base conda environment, include env name in the start menu shortcuts. Resolves issue #17
