PATH variable not updated after user installs mercurial or other required things #2
if we say 'please install mercurial' and the user does, but doesn't close and open the terminal to get the new PATH variable, the installer still can't find mercurial.
If it's trivial, reload the PATH variable. Otherwise, if hg is not found, the error message should say something like 'if you just installed it, please close and open the terminal again so that the installer can find it in the PATH' or whatever.
