Add post-install message requesting cites and contribution #20
Add a message post-install reminding users to cite our paper if they use the labscript suite in experiments leading to publication.
Further, remind users that the labscript suite is open source and that contributions are encouraged if they make changes.
Post-install messages might not be the right place for this, consider other places this might be useful - 'about' dialogs in programs for example. Or labscript_suite code could detect local changes to repositories and on the first time it notices them, remind the user that contributions are welcome and encouraged.
