Abort button only stops current sequence of shots #33

If you click engage to start compiling a sequence of shots across some parameter space, then click again to start a second sequence compiling, then hit abort while the first is still compiling, the second sequence will still be compiled, and the abort button is greyed out so that you cannot abort it.
