Our use of pandas continues to have a short shelf life:

2018-10-25 16:53:48,021 WARNING lyse: /home/cjb7/labscript_suite/lyse/__main__.py:1346: FutureWarning: get_value is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. Please use .at[] or .iat[] accessors instead
  assert filepath == self.dataframe.get_value(row_number, filepath_colname)

Will need to fix this.

changed state from "new" to "resolved"
