Added [labscript] section to example.ini. #66

This PR adds a [labscript] section to the example labconfig with the save_hg_info and save_git_info options. These are used with https://github.com/labscript-suite/labscript/pull/72, so they should be merged or rejected together.

I'm going to merge this even though we haven't finished with labscript-suite/labscript#72 yet. It's pretty clear that change will be accepted, so may as well get this done now (and it doesn't do any harm if for some reason it doesn't get used!)
