It is up to users whether to use them or not, but I don't think it is appropriate to include them as examples in echo's official cookbook.
It might be also a good idea to mention that grace and graceful are already archived, instead of deleting them from cookbook.

In this PR, I have removed grace and graceful from the cookbook.
