Fix heading with links having HAHAHUGOSHORTCODE in them #288

fixes #267

when heading has link and that link is references it seems that Hugo gets little bit confused and generates HAHAHUGOSHORTCODE and suffix for anchor.

being lazy it seems that easiest way is to avoid having headings with links.
