datetime not appearing in version 1.14.2 in Windows OS #72

Hello, following issue #28 , my files using labrecorder don't contain the datetime info and as such, unless I have access to the original file, it is impossible to know when was the file recorded. I am on Windows and was wondering if the datetime field was added to that platform. EDIT: this is the version currently available in the releases website for windows64

oh, my bad, it was in the header, not in stream['info'].
