Following #5, I set up a Marketplace publishing account and did a really small cleanup of the project to better comply with Marketplace Guidelines.
The only reason I didn't push this directly to master is because I added your name in the copyright notice (required per guidelines), since you're the creator and main contributor; and I didn't want to merge that without your approval.
