The link to download SeqVec weights returns 404 #14

The link here https://rostlab.org/~deepppi/seqvec.zip now returns a 404 (page not found) error.

Here's the line with the link: https://github.com/labstructbioinf/rossmann-toolbox/blob/a7d5a14793c112e1aac2377f4352521b3ea64253/rossmann_toolbox/rtb.py#L205C36-L205C75

Is there an updated link to download these weights? I can make a pull request with a new link.

Hi @LanzaTyler - thanks for raising this issue. Indeed the weights seem to be not available in the original location anymore. We have a backup URL hosted from our server - https://lbs.cent.uw.edu.pl/static/files/seqvec.zip We'll fix the code shortly.
