Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. I am going to be starting some productive ~blog~ vlog diary as a tennis player. As I show you guys, I hope you guys gets some motivation and endure through this hard time.
So today I have practice from 7 to 9, and the practice from 11 to 1 and then fitness from 4 to 5 and then I have recovery after that.
Let's get this ~say~ day started.
Before starting my day, I'm gonna do some visualization.
I grab my daily morning salary juice, and I am going to ?? journal for a little bit.
Breakfast time, I've got some vegan bread with peanut butter and bananas, i've got sweet potatp, quinoa, avocado, and some with ?? and the I've got vitamin, preworkout and some water with lemon.

So now I am headed to the court.
I just finished the practice, it went really well, and now I am going home to get some food, and do a little bit of homework before going back out again on court again.
So I am back home now, I made a snake. I have sweet potato, avocado, fruit and some quinoa and I have made protein shake. And I'm s gonna do some homework before my next practice.

Practice just finished. I am so tired from running so much.
What's up guys! I just finished tennis. I went really well. And I am gonna run home, shower, and eat something really quick. And then.. fitness.
Lunch time, I've got some vegan sausage, ~carrot juice,~ carrots with paprica, quinoa, avocado and some water with lemon.
So ~the shower~ I showered changed ~eight~ ate I am refueled now I am going to recovery before I am going to fitness.

I just got done with recovery, I feel really good to get freezed and I did the light bed I'm all rejuvenated and now Im headed to fitness.
Hey guys. I am home from workout. Workout went really good. I crushed it. we did some running and movement, and now I back home. I had smoothy and im gonna do some core work.

Hey guys I just got ~other~ out of the shower I feel super good now. I felt super gross and sweaty and now feel great, i am going to have dinner ~and~ in a little bit.
And dinner's served. I got some ~?? stick~ rustic, sweat potatos, I've got avocado, some quinoa, black beans, brocolli, corn with paprica and some water.
I am now relaxing in bed with my dog roxy. Im gonna watch some gossip girl. I got my popcorn and my tea.
