This PR does the following:

[x] Automates downloading the top 100 dependencies from the DepMap for each DUB
[ ] Automates explanation of dependencies for:
- [x] BioGrid
- [ ] IntAct
- [x] PPID (removed)
- [x] Pathway Commons
- [x] NURSA
[ ] Automates downloading of CCLE correlations (need more info from @lauradohertyws)
[ ] Automates downloading of CMAP correlations (need more info from @lauradohertyws)
