Add documentation for MCMICRO on Nextflow Tower #477

This PR adds initial documentation to add under the Platforms section of the MCMICRO that describes the setup, running and performance of MCMICRO in Nextflow Tower.

Very happy to have suggestions on content but this is a starting point.
