Rotate image once it is already imported

It will be necessary to rotate images for PCA samples as we want the epidermis in the same orientation for each sample in the atlas. It is not necessary to see in real-time on Minerva-Author, but would be very nice to be able to edit degree of rotation in the yaml file.
